I'm GodlessSkye (any pronouns) also called Godless or Skye. I'm a co-working & variety games streamer. I tend to offer a comfy place to vibe, even if the games I end up playing are stressful. I also moderate and make multimedia art (primarily digital at the moment).Stream schedule is updated weekly! Typical reoccurring stream days are Wednesdays, Fridays Nights, and Sundays.

General

  1. Terms of Service are subject to change at any moment. You are only subject to the TOS upon the day your commission was accepted.

  2. AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work cannot be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs. This offense will get you blacklisted.

  3. I reserve the right to deny commission requests for any reason.

Usage Policy

  1. I reserve the right to any artwork that I create. I also reserve the right to post on my socials and include in my portfolio, unless otherwise stated and agreed upon.

  2. Commissions are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

Refunds

  1. Full refunds are only given if I have not started your commission. Partial refunds will depend on how much work has been completed.

  2. No refunds will be given after completion of commission, regardless if commission is accepted by customer.

Prohibited Actions

  1. Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission beforehand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image.

  2. Tracing or repurposing my artwork.

  3. Claiming the artwork as your own or failing to credit me properly.

  4. Removing watermark or signature.

Commissioner Rights

  • Personal Use: profile pictures, banners, and use in products for personal enjoyment (ie. prints, stickers) Credit is always required.

  • Commercial Content Use: use and display for promotional or revenue-generating purposes (ie. selling merch, streaming). Credit is always required.

Intellectual Property Rights

I, the artist, retain rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.

If you break any terms of service, you will be blacklisted, which will be shared with other artists and creators. You will also forfeit your rights to the artwork and I will be allowed to resell or repurpose the artwork as I see fit.By commissioning me, you are acknowledging you've read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
